According to Ms. Huong, currently the administrative procedures at level 4 of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development have increased to save time and travel costs for citizens and are especially suitable in the context of Covid-19 pandemic prevention and control.

As of June 2021, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development provides 91 administrative procedures, of which the number of level 3 procedures is 13, level 4 is 29. In the first 6 months of 2021, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development has advised the Provincial People's Committee to issue 7 decisions, including publishing a list of 2 administrative procedures, approving 27 internal processes, and abolishing 2 administrative procedures. administrative procedures. 100% of administrative procedures under the management of the Department are published and posted on the website and the Provincial Public Service Portal. The list of administrative procedures and internal processes in the settlement of administrative procedures are posted and made public. Currently, the Department has over 91% administrative procedures at level 4, creating favorable conditions for organizations and individuals in the transaction process.
